About Building Neighborhoods of Youngstown

BNOY, a Youngstown, Ohio neighborhood rehabilitation, restoration, and rebuilding program began August 2nd, 2017. BNOY provides a range of home preservation serices for homeowners in need to improve the quality of life in neighbrhoods through private investments and donations, local community partnerships, and expanding housing solutions. We provide home repairs for low-to moderate income homeowners to reduce blight and to inhance and promote healthy neighborhoods.
